• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
• Free-tier accounts are subject to usage limits and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full card details. Your use of payment services is also subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy.

What You May Not Do

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or any other deceptive or fraudulent activity.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action, including immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement where warranted.

Ownership of Content

All content on the Service — including but not limited to stock scores, AI-generated analyses, sector reports, written commentary, software code, design, trademarks, and logos — is the exclusive property of TICKERSCORES.AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial research purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on Service content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

Any content you submit to the Service (e.g., notes, support messages) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Service.

No Warranty on Data

Market data, financial metrics, and third-party information displayed on the Service are sourced from external providers and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or content on the Service.

AI-generated analyses, scores, and commentaries are produced by automated systems and may not reflect current market conditions. They are not verified by licensed financial professionals and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.

Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.

Our Liability to You

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TICKERSCORES.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TICKERSCORES.AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any investment or financial decision you make based on content from the Service.

External Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

Jurisdiction & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving notice.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
